How to deal with big changes in your life

Change is difficult and big change can seem impossible. However, we are designed for change and by tapping into our natural power, we can navigate crises easier and reduce poor decisions. Firstly, we can use our scope of consciousness to get a better perspective on big changes. We do this by simply determining the best and worst outcome scenarios. In this way, we begin to divide the looming challenge into increasingly smaller problems, rather than feeling overwhelmed with everything at once. With this simple division, we can begin managing logistics, emotions and health with greater efficacy. Remember, it's not about eliminating stress--it's about managing it, so we can make better decisions.
